  • Company Overview: NBC affiliate (DMA 22), serving northeast Oregon/southwest Washington.
  • Responsible for producing newscasts and sportscasts across all dayparts. Became a leader in the newsroom for producing innovative segments and using specialized cameras.
  • Produced successful “Friday Night Football” high school football sportscast. Oversaw staff of photographers and a helicopter pilot shooting games across the region. Responsible for envisioning and installing new graphics style. Responsible for all online aspects of HS football coverage, including posting highlights and full shows on youtube, creating “Game of the Week” polls, and writing weekly web stories.
  • Conceived and oversaw the launch of “Friday Night Hoops” basketball sportscast for local high school, college, and NBA games. Oversaw staff of photographers shooting boys & girls HS games across the region.
  • Produced multiple local sports specials, including “Blazers: Playoff Bound,” preview special and “Countdown to Kickoff,” previewing the upcoming NFL, college and high school football seasons.
  • Produced for “Sports Sunday,” a weekly half-hour-long sportscast following NFL Sunday Night Football games on NBC. Responsible for creating all tease segments, producing motion graphics, and writing stories. Critical in advancing the show's production values, and storytelling style.

  • Worked on numerous narrative short and feature-length film projects, filling numerous roles in production, including writing, producing, directing, acting and production design.
  • Directed “Fake News,” a feature-length film starring Eric Roberts, Martin Kove and John Savage. Led a crew of actors and technical staff to produce film on location in Los Angeles area.
  • Produced, wrote, and directed for the Portland Film Actors Studio, a weekly acting and filmmaking workshop.

  • Produced and oversaw “Northwest Today,” two-hour weekday dual-market morning newscast. Wrote and produced stories, oversaw technical crew, on-air staff, and live crews.
  • Led award-winning coverage of breaking news, including Washington’s first Amber Alert and a presidential visit by George W. Bush.
  • Produced and coordinated Columbia Cup event coverage (including remote anchoring and live races), a major stop on the H1 Unlimited Hydroplane racing tour.
  • Oversaw the launch of the market’s first 10 p.m. newscast, including the show’s style and presentation.
  • Produced and shot for weekly “Sports Finale” sportscast focusing on high school football and basketball.
