Summary

I started in propane in 1994 with a large propane company as a seasonal employee, followed by working for a small independent company building their small organization up quickly, doing sales, then followed by setting the customers equipment and then filling their LP tanks many times in the same day. I what is offered a position with Thermogas in 1997 it was soon purchased through an acquisition by Williams energy services. that is when when you later Ferrellgaslp acquired the company I worked for in 1999 with the Therma guess acquisition, I have worked at Ferrellgaslp working in cylinder, Bulk, Service, supervisor, up until taking a district manager job with them over the past 27 years. Working at the ground level working my way up learning and gaining propane knowledge throughout my career.

Working closely with our safety representatives building relationships over the past time. Involved.

I have shown my desire and concerns with safety operations over the years, displayed my desire to do more within the realms of safety for my community employees and company. Worked closely with regional safety managers, expressing my desire to learn and be available to safety operations and doing things the correct way.

I have always stopped operations if something doesn’t look right or feel right, and get my immediate management and even safety involved each time to make sure we are making the proper safety decisions for all involved. my desire and goals are to let my career lead me into a role of safety management leading my corporation to be the best and safest work environment for our customers, employees, company, and our family members that love us dearly.
