  • Direct supervision of 10 Traffic Enforcement Deputies to include 4 Motorcycle Deputies, 4 Car Deputies, and 2 License and Weight Deputies. This included assisting with the creation and justification of my yearly budget.
  • Organized and managed DWI Enforcement programs and No Refusal program.
  • As an Instructor I oversee the training of 100s of in-service Deputies as well as cadets in Standardized Field Sobriety Testing, Mobile Video, Below 100, Emergency Police Driving (EVOC), and Basic Speed Measurement using Doppler RaDAR and LiDAR certifications. I have also been contracted by outside agencies to provide their Officers with this training.
  • Over my tenure on S.W.A.T./S.M.T. I have worked my way up from a Breacher to the Entry Element to a Team Leader and then to Team Supervisor.
  • Direct supervision of 20 tactical officers whose duties range from high risk search warrants to resolution of critical incidents like active shooters and barricaded subjects.
