Handling cash, credit cards, and previous purchased hard tickets with bar code, as well as online Ticketmaster phone tickets.
-Meet and greet all fans and customers, most days located at the VIP(owners, trainers, and mostly affluent customers outside the newly built VIP 1863 Club) admission booth

-Distribute cards to redeem customer giveaways, such as Saratoga hats, jackets, jerseys, coolers, etc., to customers.
General duties included:
-cold and hot walking horses daily from the hours of 5am-7am
-also walking and grazing horses during afternoon feeding(3-4pm)
-responsible for horse safety and general wellsness
-provide fresh hot water for each horse bath
-hold and calm horses during baths, vets shooing, and other groomings
Supervising a crew of other employees, typically 4-8, during the cleaning of entire Saratoga Racecourse facility after conclusion of daily races, Wednesday through Sunday. Typical cleaning duties included sweeping, mopping, and trash removal. As a supervisor, one would lead as well as participate in the cleaning process.
Spent 32 straight days, June 7 through July 8th, at the main fireworks tent in Tampa area.
Responsibilities included:
-unloading and displaying all inventory($300,000 worth of retail value)
-pricing and sales tagging all said inventory
-security against theft protection of inventory 24 hours, 7 days
-all sales of fireworks
-cash, debit, credit register handling large sums of money
-responsible for the accuracy of all sales and cash amounts
