- In my time at Claiborne High School I have raised our graduation rate from 88% to 95%. This is in part to the program that I helped create to identify student with the potential to "fall through the cracks" as early as their 2nd semester of their freshman year.
- Overhauled ineffective processes and designed behavior modification plan which successfully reduced suspension and detentions by 78% and 67% respectively.
- Set ambitious goals for both students and educators to motivate both parties to achieve their personal best and successfully implement long-term strategies with favorable outcomes.
