In my time at Claiborne High School I have raised our graduation rate from 88% to 95%. This is in part to the program that I helped create to identify student with the potential to "fall through the cracks" as early as their 2nd semester of their freshman year.
Overhauled ineffective processes and designed behavior modification plan which successfully reduced suspension and detentions by 78% and 67% respectively.
Set ambitious goals for both students and educators to motivate both parties to achieve their personal best and successfully implement long-term strategies with favorable outcomes.
Nominated for the Principal of the Year Award for two consecutive years by staff and students.
