Facilitated an apartment turnaround on a 15 unit apartment building with a total of 60 rooms- Painting, plumbing, appliances, repaired furniture that was supplied for the students, did all facets of yard upkeep, replaced doors in closets and entryways, pressurewashed entire complex. Turnaround was time sensitive, between when students moved out and new students moved in for upcoming semester.

Oversaw a portfolio of 7 rental homes, maintaining and upgrading as needed, handled rent collections and made all landlord responsible payments, such as property taxes and sewer bills, insured all tenant responsible bills were transferred in a timely manner after move-in, handled tenant walkthroughs.

Oversaw all facets of an Airbnb cabin located in Truckee, Ca. did turnover cleaning to required standards between guests, handler any and all guest issues as needed.

Maintained all work equipment and vehicles/trailers, including a 1 ton truck and 20 foot box trailer.

When time allowed, I repaired and restored over 20 classic and antique automobiles to prepare them for sale.
