  • Oversaw test track quality and major upgrades. Operate skid steer, front end loader, excavator and bulldozer to maintain test track quality during endurance testing of prototype vehicles.
  • Collaborated with designers to ensure manufacturing limits were understood. Assisted Senior Product Development Manager with all tasks related to successful product launches, participated in all aspects of product development including off site high speed desert testing and rock climbing events.
  • Prioritized product requirements and set realistic expectations, responsible for seeking out and accepting bids from contractors for test facility upgrades.
  • Maintain Product Development Lab facilities by hiring contractors to upgrade interior and exterior when needed or required to meet upcoming projects.
  • Instructed, trained, and supervised junior team members on manual mill and lathe. Teach junior members on proper techniques of TIG and MIG welding.
