Oversaw the detective training courses at the Los Angeles Police Department, including programs for Gang Investigations, Sexual Assault, Digital Forensics Introduction, Human Trafficking, LAPD Detective School, Detective Supervisor School, and the Academy Instructor Certification Course (AICC).

Course Coordinator at the Robert Presley Institute of Criminal Investigation (ICI) Gang Investigations Course. My responsibilities include instructing modules on Informant Management, Gang Search Warrants, and Gang Documentation.

Served as the Course Coordinator for the LAPD Detective Supervisor School. Developed the school as part of my project for the Instructor Development Institute (IDI) Master Instructor Certification Course (MICC). Created the Total Training Package (TTP) for the course and led the instruction on the modules covering Employee Development and Projects.

Instructor responsible for delivering the ICI Core Course, focusing on key modules including Search Warrant Wrap-up, Case Management, and Informant Management. Provided comprehensive instruction and guidance to students in these specialized areas.

Instructed the Academy Instructor Certification Course (AICC), delivering comprehensive modules on Learning Modalities and Learner Characteristics that are essential for effective teaching strategies.
