- I started my second business after the second round of lay-offs within a year while in the Sheet Metal Union.
- I literally started responding to ads of folks looking for help with anything on the NextDoor App: Removed carpet from a living room, Painted a bedroom preparing for a new tenant, Installed doors, Installed a whole house fan and did all the electrical work, re-screened multiple houses, it was a steady snowball affect.
- One day I graded a quarter of an acre with a Bobcat skip loader, the following day I was hanging drapes.
- I followed remediation companies into flooded properties and repaired the destruction they left in their wake (pun intended).
- Tile jobs as small as completing kitchen and bathroom backsplashes to entire 1,000+sf floor plan of houses.
- Cut down trees with surgical precision with my chainsaw in tight residential settings (pictures available upon request), installed all plumbing for a new studio apartment starting in the kitchen, shower, toilet, sinks and outside to drain into the sewer.
- I started pressure washing and painting professionally in 1987.
- I'll put my pressure washing skills up against anybody and I’m unbeatable repairing drywall from patching thru texturing.
