As Supervisor/Foreman I oversaw on-site operations for water damage, fire damage, and mold remediation projects, as well as general contracting work. As the foreman it was necessary to have strong knowledge of restoration procedures, building codes, and remediation protocols, along with excellent leadership and communication skills to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to industry standards.

• Working at Circus Foodtown gave me a lot of experience with working directly with customers and gave me the opportunity to improve my people skills and verbal skills.
• I also had to memorize codes for every product, so that when I weighed a product I used the codes to make the receipts for proper pricing and I also had to restock product as we would run out.

• While working with ServiceMaster I was tasked with Carpet Cleaning, processing water and fire damages and mold remediation, as well as demolition, clean up, and construction, organizing jobs and making appointments to do estimates and damage assessments.

• I was a driver/deliveryman for a car parts warehouse in Union, N.J. known as BuyWise.
• I was tasked with taking car parts and delivering them to mechanics and shops across New Jersey, as well as taking returns and cores back to the warehouse.
• Along with the deliveries and returns I was also tasked with doing paperwork for incoming and outgoing merchandise and invoices.

• Coordinated landscaping crew to assure properties owned by Chase / JP Morgan Banks throughout New Jersey were properly maintained and ensured my fellow co-workers maintained the properties they were responsible for.
