My history, which actually began in 1978 as a builder of redwood hot tubs and owner of Heavenly Hot Tubs somewhat speaks for itself. I have followed company expectations while my efforts have gone far beyond. I have consistently grown sales exponentially with every company I worked for. That is because I live by the basics of what it takes to reach mutual goals
As we find ourselves in a down market for many retailers and manufacturers. I believe it is the responsibility of the manufacture to understand and produce what is most sellable jn today's market. Marketing should have access to the ides of those in the field. That serves as a connection with those with their feet on the ground. Again, Marketing and sales should, at times, collaborate to achieve the highest goals.

Prior to these I operated my own business Heavenly Hot Tubs in New Hartford CT, one of the first in the state.
In 1978 I purchased 20 foot length clear heart redwood lumber and built three classic wooden hot tubs. Two were sold to friends and my use and career began As a pioneer in the Hartford Ct market,, my company Heavenly Hot Tubs participated in Home Show and became a viable business selling hot tubs, steam rooms, saunas and whirlpool bathtubs.
In 1980 I made the transition to Regional Manager because I wanted to deal more directly wit industry people rather than the general public. I've had a long productive and prosperous and know I have more to offer.
I do have numerous references available to me and would be happy to share if you wish. Two of them would be current employees Ray Pritchett and Dave Henderson.
There is no manufacturer's representative with more experience in the norheast region.

During my tenure at the manufacturers I have worked for, I have typically increased sales 10 times over.
My last position at Viking Spas had me in the top 20% of the companies regional manager standings. The northeast is likely to be on the only territories showing an increase for 2025. It is my opinion the company expanded their sales force too rapidly and had to eliminate the higher paid positions.
