The Store Delivery team associate is responsible for the delivery of shipments between 6-10 stores. This includes loading/unloading, receiving to maintain inventory accuracy, and furniture assembly. The store delivery team maintains excellent inter-department relations by managing and executing all store operational tasks. Recognized for maintaining accident free record.

As an Inventory Control Coordinator at Raymour and Flanigan furniture, the responsibility include managing and organizing inventory levels within the distribution center and 6-10 stores. Inventory accuracy is consistently maintained in distribution center and stores through regular audits/inventories and collaborating with all departments to maintain accurate live inventory. Additional responsibilities include training and developing store support staffing to ensure all inbound and outbound shipments are processed accurately within each store.

• Responsible for achieving all shortage and safety goals
• Manage and monitor internal and external theft investigations, apprehensions, and recoveries
• Analyze theft trends through utilization of reports, systems and technology, Establish high level of shortage awareness and effectiveness determined by audit results
• In 2017, achieved the highest internal shortage audit within the Northeast Region
• Maintain safety awareness and a safe shopping environment for customers and associates.

• The LPM supervises all Loss Prevention programs to prevent loss of assets due to internal and external theft
• Plans, organizes, and supervises all emergency and safety programs
• In addition, the LPM supervises surveillance, detention, and criminal processing relative to theft and criminal cases.

• Managed all business operations of the store, including center aisle and exit cashiering, hub activities, backroom support and HR operations
• Responsible for achieving the business goals in salary, expenses, inventory shrinkage, customer satisfaction and associate engagement
• The Asset Protection Manager as well as lead hourly associates report directly to the ASM of Operations
• The ASM is also responsible for sourcing and development of strong and effective lead associates
• The Human Resource responsibilities included all aspects of staffing, on-boarding and training, and developmental action plans to improve associate performance.
