• Lead and manage shifts while acting as manager in charge of store. Deploy team members as required to meet business demands and make necessary staffing decisions.
• Communicate clearly, concisely and accurately in order to ensure effective shift operations.
• Work the line. Perform all tasks related to Jamba operational standards.
• Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered on every shift.
• Follow all food safety, cash handling and operations procedures and policies.
• Ensure proper financial accountability during each shift.
• Delegation. Clearly and comfortably delegates both routine and important tasks and decision.
• Create an environment in which Team Members are motivated to do their best.
