  • Assured daily work was accomplished by scheduling set deadline dates for my section to execute tasks ahead of schedule
  • Implemented a successful workflow to accomplish daily tasks and was in tune with the capabilities of my section by providing technical guidance and oversight, working side by side with employees who lacked knowledge
  • Conducted daily morning huddles with my team to address any faults within our daily procedures and conducted an hour a week training in areas that needed improvement
