My Career in the oilfield started out when I was discharged from the Marine Corps. I have worked my way up through the ranks in the past years through hard work and determination. Along the way mentors have passed useful knowledge that has stuck with me all the years and I truly believe that has helped me out alot in my career. While in the Marine Corps, I did four years of active duty, and I extended a year to be deployed to Afghanistan. In that year, I truly learned the meaning of bringing everybody home safe at the end of the day. The Marine Corps instilled the determination, commitment, desire, attention to detail, and self discipline that has helped me accomplish everything i have done in my career today. My 6 years of consulting experience includes 3 yrs with Felix/WPX/Devon and 3 yrs with Diamondback Energy, and a year and half with Continental Resources in the Permian Basin. My duties consisted of the supervision of the oil companies completion and production procedures assuring that efficiently, safety and well control practices and policies are being used by all personal on location. To communicate with management any situations that might arise during that procedure. Procedures that I have supervised include the installation of all types of ALS, drill outs, well bore clean outs, rod and tubing repair, wireline, slickline, coil tubing, frac's, and workover as well as numerous specialty operations that include fishing, snubbing, re-entry's, temporary abandonment, permanant abandonment, casing and wellhead repairs.
