Hardworking Machine Operator well-versed in keeping components running at peak levels to produce high-quality products. Comfortable working alone or with team members to identify and resolve defects. Expert approach to tackling maintenance and inspection tasks.
My duties at Don Petrinos are mostly a supporting role. Helping out on deliveries, with the front on cash register, and making orders, making myself useful wherever I'm needed most. I work on the line making orders the majority of the time, and when I'm not busy with that or needed elsewhere I clean the kitchen and help organize deliveries from suppliers.
My daily routine as a CNC operator at Stow Company started with running a test piece to make sure the machine and all of the drill bits were functioning as they should before I started production. After inspecting the test piece for any quality issues and organizing my paperwork and programs for the day I would continue running my machine while inspecting pieces for any tooling marks, measurement errors, or other quality issues and addressing them as needed, whether that be with tool changes, small changes in the program, or doing general maintenance on my machine before calling maintenance.
As a machine operator at Clarios I was responsible for diagnosing and fixing various faults on my machine as they arise, recording and reporting extended periods of downtime using Excel and verbal communication, and maintaining a safe and clean work area for myself and my co-workers.
My responsibilities in production at LG Chem mainly consisted of keeping the lines stocked with materials using pallet jacks and big joe's and keeping the production area clean when there wasn't a need for material. I also helped run the lines to cover breaks on occasion.
My responsibilities as an assistant manager at Don Petrinos varied greatly. Some of these responsibilities included opening and closing the shop, lending support to staff wherever it was needed, addressing and resolving customer grievances, and reviewing end of the day sales.
