Summary

I have spent most of my professoinal career working in the Manufacturing business. I started at Royal Technologies in 2017 and I was there until January of 2019. I was working in Assembly there and I would package up parts into boxes after building them. I left there in 2019 to go to MillerKnoll and started there as an Assembly Operator. In 2021, I moved up to a Facilitator role (Line Lead) after completing a 3 month course to get certified. I did a lot of active problem solving and used a lot of my soft skills and people's skills to help improve the team and the processes there. In 2022, I moved up to the Work Team Leader role (supervisor) and I was in that role until September 2025. I worked all 3 shifts while in this role and had a ton of experience working with all the different shifts. I led multiple teams in multiple departments with the biggest group I led was 30 people. I worked more with deeper dive problem solving and met with my line leads daily to go over what they need to be working on and how we can improve our department together.
