Under direction, notifies victims of cases pending and filed within the Bexar County District Attorney's Office. Provide victims of crime information regarding criminal justice system and current case status. Assist victims with necessary resources and accompany victims to court settings and trial process.

Perform related duties as required.

• Make initial contact with victims of Family Violence upon receipt of their case.
• Provides status updates of case and jury trial dates.
• Advise victims of the Criminal Justice Process and recommendations of available victim assistance resources.
• Work on regular and jury trial dockets.
• Issued out Subpoenas for upcoming jury trials.
• Work with various computer systems such as Judicial Dialog and Veripic.

• Received public emergency and non-emergency calls and supervised response prioritization in order to effectively dispatch official units such as police, fire and EMS while tracking data in real-time environments.
• Relayed latest information to first responders via electronic means, telephone calls and radio responses.
• Read system maps and caller information, and documented all details in system.
• Answered calls from automatic routing system and took basic information from callers.
• Routed calls to police, fire and ambulance service to meet individual call needs.
