  • Worked at multiple locations: Angleton, Lake Jackson, Alvin, and a couple of Houston locations.
  • My responsibility as a manager's assistant at Check N Go was to open the store when the manager was not there. Each morning, I would open the safe, make sure the money was correct, and fill out paperwork. I was responsible for making bank deposits.
  • I had Zoom meetings twice per day with my supervisor and other store managers.
  • Make inbound and outbound calls to customers to verify appointments, or call customers who didn’t make their payments. Also, call potential customers to remind them of the benefits of getting a loan with us.
  • Once I opened the store, I had customers coming in all day to get small loans of up to $3,000 and make payments.
  • Prepare the documents needed for the loan, input all their information into the system, explain the loan and all its terms and conditions, and have the customer sign the documents.
  • We also offered a prepaid card to all the customers, and I would load the money onto the card or help the customer with any difficulties they had.
  • At the end of the day, I reported my day to my supervisor, counted my safe, filled out paperwork, and closed the store for the day.
  • When the manager was at the store, I helped her, and I also went to different branches to help other managers.
