With 22 years of experience in elementary education, I am a passionate and enthusiastic teacher committed to putting relationships with my students first. As a lifelong learner, I design creative, standards-based instruction that encourages inquiry, student voice, and agency. I use a variety of tools, including formative and summative assessments, student work, observations, and progress monitoring data, to guide instruction and support each student's growth. I am a strong communicator and team player, I collaborate with colleagues, families, and the school community to support every child's success. I am passionate about fostering a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom where all students have the confidence to learn and thrive.
