I started working for the City of El Paso in 1999 as a bus driver and promoted to supervisor in 2006. Im presently employed by the same company and serve in the same field.

• Documented and resolved detour assistance for road closures which led to successful bus route service on a daily basis as needed.
• Achieved vehicle breakdown location by introducing transit master AVL map for vehicle mechanical service tasks and avoid accident and diservice to the citizens transportation needs.
• Achieved successful police and security assistance through the utilization of office phone and Motorola radio through effectively helping with violent and aggressive passenger and traffic accidents.
