I have worked several jobs under very skilled welders to try and widen my knowledge. If it is a task I do not know how to do I am open minded and want to learn. Growing up with a ranching background taught me to become efficient at problem solving. Working for K.R. I learned to be alert and aware of my surroundings working on live lines.
