As a leader for 3 different departments inlcuding Deburr/Detail, Pre-outwork Inspection and Hardware I would work with and train all employees.
For Detail/Deburr i train employees on how to use sanders,angle grinders,straight die grinders. I teach employees how to detail a part faster by showing them different techniques on how to reach certain angles with the machines and achieve great finishes.
Hardware employees i teach how to read blueprints look for the heli-coils and or pins to install on every piece. How to use pre-winders and make and measure out fixtures to install pins at different heights.
For Pre-outwork inspection I train employees on how to look for defects and how to fix parts in quick method. How to fix major damage like dings,dents and gouges.
Worked for three departments in training new hires in Detail/Deburr, Pre-outwork Inspection and Hardware. While at the same time working on my own jobs in each deapartment that needed jobs to be pushed out fast.
Visually check and re-work if needed all jobs coming in from the detail/deburr department. Making sure parts visually pass per their spec rating.
