The main job of being an operator is to make sure to check any machine before use to make sure there is no wear and tare in the machines before start , when process is starting , to make sure melt tanks stay up to temperature and product maintains a even steady flow , checking melt tanks about every 10 min to ensure a smooth flow ,when product isn’t coming out right it is the operators job to shut down the machine we are running to make sure the product is back up to temperature and ready for processing again !
