Maintaining waterways and sewer systems throughout the City of Visalia. Cleaning of sewer lines designated to flow toward the city of Visalia Treatment plant In the residential and nonresidential areas. Maintain active sewer and storm pumps throughout the city in designated areas. Significantly help with preventive maintenance of our waterways throughout our city. We also help to maintain a safe work environment for our waterways when they are not operational based on our heavy transient population, provide proper information for the Hope Team Officers, and work alongside the City Of Visalia Code Enforcement Officers so we can help assist and remove any type debris/trash/encampments alongside our waterways left in the area for safe water travel and most importantly people. Maintain proper PPE when handling sharps (hypodermic needles), bodily fluid extremities, and clothing/property. My obligation is to help with operations and duties assigned to us daily, ensuring they are completed in a timely and safe manner. These duties consist of Vaccon Truck operations jetting blockages for safe water flow of sewer, Camera van surveying, line footage inspections, heavy equipment operations, USA locating operations, waterway operations/ weed abatement/encampments, pump observation and maintenance, SCADA systems, Oncall /after hour callouts conducting proper citizen complaints and resolutions as well as communicating properly through Report disclosures, concrete construction maintenance. Catch basin facelifts, Train new personnel as Sr. Wastewater collection workers, and provide all work completed assignments to our leads and supervisor upon request. I help to maintain a Safe work environment during storm seasons, assisting citizens in areas that are located in flood zones.

As the sole proprietor of CA Clean Janitorial Services, as an owner, I partake in building maintenance of 7 locations in Visalia. Supervise 2-3 employees who help conduct services. I maintain payroll and employee hours and stay in close contact with our clients, ensuring all needs are met and work is completed satisfactorily. Oversee all business operations and opportunities with my partner and maintain strong safety regulations. My responsibilities consist of Building Maintenance/Janitorial duties for commercial buildings. Perform essential cleaning maintenance, vacuuming, mopping, disinfectant cleaning, COVID cleaning, carpet shampoo cleaning, high-end dusting windows, restroom cleaning/ disinfectant, and replacement of toiletries. C.A.R.E Supervisor for Cset of Visalia, for seven years, Supervised and Planned daily duties for at-risk youth 16 yrs of age to young adults 18 to 24 yrs. of age focused on recycling education, forestry trail maintenance, and recycling routes in the Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks and parts of Tulare county rural areas for recycle picks ups, schools and businesses. As a team, we were also obligated to perform labor duties, maintain waterways, and provide community services for litter reduction. Supervisor, I had the obligation to submit monthly reports on day-to-day actions. I inspected and Maintained company vehicles on a daily basis. I submitted reports and communicated with my supervisor daily. Cset allowed me to stay in close contact with the community and helped me build close relationships with at-risk youth who have advanced in life, such as new business owners and job opportunities.
