Managed regulatory issues in the US and Mexico including coordinating with law enforcement in public safety matters.

Managed Texas regulatory and community initiatives including a NFL Network retransmission contract dispute.

Oversaw/advised various federal, state and local elected officials and campaign and ballot initiatives including coordinating Hispanic grassroots efforts for the 2006 John Kerry for President Iowa Office and the 2001 Houston Mayor Lee Brown Re-Election Campaign. Also served as Chief of Staff to then Council Member and now Harris County Commissioner Adrian Garcia.
