In this current position my job consists of but is not limited too supporting other Precision Tools offices when support is needed. This includes customer coverage when an employee is out of the office, running misc reports that another office may need. I train new employees within the corporate office as well as travel to the other Precision Tools offices to train new employees. My position also consists of finding ways to improve and streamline processes within our current computer system

In this position I handled multiple customer accounts simultaneously within the automotive industry. My daily tasks were to process customer quote requests and customer purchase orders. On occasion I would write up a stock agreement when a customer would request a particular part or parts to be stocked at our location. I would run restock reports for replenishing of inventory. Placing purchase orders for stock replenishment when needed.
