Deep diving and collaborating with RME while recording and tracking trouble tickets of out of service stations and drives. reporting any issues to mitigate safety issues immediately. Making hourly and quarterly reports from all
floors to floor health while also attending to quarterly meetings.
AMNESTY FLOOR MONITOR (AFM)
Trained and certified in kiva floor access procedures, Trained in how to clear jams KSAW (Kiva semi automatic workstation)
Authorized to perform light repairs to amazon robotic drive unit.
Tracked parcel movement using hand-held scanners and daily production sheets to keep records accurate.
Supporting the outbound pick team to meet their daily goals by ensuring the robotics floor is free from obstructions. Showed several new amnesty responders helping them improve their skills and awareness on the robotics floor physically and virtually.
Improves AR sortable floor performance by making information regarding on-floor issues available to Quarterbacks in real time.
Collects and Adds back any fallen amnesty from Pods on AR Floor.
Clears unresponsive drives from the AR Floor to decrease pod gaps improving associate experience.
Participates in daily Floor Blitz to assist clearing AR Floor of damaged items, faulted drives as well as amnesty. Completed Band Weaving Project to prevent amnesty from falling on to the AR Floor and associate injury.
LEAD CUSTOMER EXPERINCE MONITOR (CE)
Trained and developed 6 process guides on front half during the busiest season.
Was successful in minimizing CPT misses after developing and teaching prospective associates.
Displayed customer obsession as part of the CE team with a "zero miss" mentally responsible for being Top 3 in the network for DEA in Q4 of 2023 and currently continuing our customer obsession by hold our spot as a Top 5 in the network as of today.
Prioritized the customer while pallet picking by keeping products separated, organized and in good rotation. Monitoring product quality frequently and reporting any issues promptly in order to reduce CPT risk.
PICK AMBASSADOR
Networking, building and maintaining trusting relationships with associates.
Reviewing training modules and demonstrating Standard Work with associates for both AFM and Pick.
Completing Audits and ensuring any associate barriers are resolved before moving on to the next phase of training. Completing job shadowing with associates before training completion to ensure full understanding.
