Crystal Gibson

I am currently working as an RN for The Cleveland Clinic, PRN. I started my career as a nurse in the Critical Care Unit. After 2 years I moved to an Advanced Cardiac Telemetry floor where I assisted to manage a thirty-two bed unit as an assisted nurse manager. I finished my BSN in August of 2014.

I then decided to go back on the floor working in the ICU for more than 6 years as a staff nurse before I started travel nursing. I completed APRN as an FNP in November of 2021. I continued to work as a travel nurse until October 2025.

I was active duty and stationed at Wright Paterson Air Base. I worked at Wright Paterson Hospital for 2 years. When my active duty status was over I remained in the military as a reservist. I prepared personnel for deployment, reviewed personnel records, maintained blood work/ labs draws for pre and post deployment. Completed eye examination, and assisted with dental examination. I also taught and maintained self-aide buddy care for the entire Air Base.
