While I multitasked efficiently handling several task at once. I handled task like running the copy and fax machine. I answered phones all while checking appointments and insurance. Other task like checking patients in upon arrival and filing paperwork were also expected. I made phone calls to remind patients of their upcoming appointments. In the past I have also traveled from place to place to complete inventory. My customer service skills are top notch. Very friendly and eager to help. Attentive and quick to learn.
