  • I also would retire assets and update the system to know the asset has been returned and will be retired out for the company
  • It was also my job to pull assets for the build room so they could continue the process and build the asset for our customers
  • I also did inventory and asset tracking for these items
  • I created the dot process for the company to cut down the loss of product
  • Each facility was assigned a specific color that was placed on each asset going out
  • Helping our techs knows if the order was theirs or not
  • By seeing a different color they could take the steps to make sure that asset made it to the correct building
  • We cut shipping errors and product loss down by 80% saving the company$336,000 in a years' time of using this program I was very proud of this project and to help my team achieve our goals
  • I also helped maintained the spreadsheet that had each asset and their location on it to help others find the product and help make an easier flow of our production from receiving to building to shipping to our customers.
