● Coordinate patient access activities, such as registration, billing, and scheduling.
● Serve as the Information Center for staff, physicians and community. Answer and route
questions.
● Assist management in establishing and implementing goals for the department.
● Identify process improvement opportunities in all areas of Patient Access and offer
recommendations to management.
● Collect and analyze financial data.
● Responsible for running various reports for management review and distribution.
● Collect, coordinate, update, prepare, and maintain reporting for assigned area(s): logs,
graphs, spreadsheets, statistics, productivity, budget information, policies, procedures,
and presentations
● Collaborate on various departmental projects and pilots with management and clinicians.
