Mrs. Crystal Leigh is an administrative professional with over seven years of front office administrative support, database management, and customer service, and over three years of experience working as a Personnel Security Specialist / Human Resources Assistant. Currently Mrs. Leigh is the Human Resources Assistant at the Public Defender Services for the District of Columbia, supporting the Director of PDS OHR and the Lead HR Specialist. As an HR Specialist Assistant, she manages several database systems which are as follows, eOPF, E-Verify, PDS ASPS Employee Directory and Dial-My-Calls directory, Payroll processing within the Quick Time, FPPS, WTTS, and OBIEE database systems. Mrs. Leigh participates in Talent acquisitions, On and Off Boarding interviews and Assessment Testing. Ms. Leigh also manages travel and scheduling of meeting for the Director of PDS OHR. As a Personnel Security Specialist Assistant, she processed all onboarding and reviewed applicant’s intake documents. Manage electronic security equipment and resolving Electronic Questionnaires for Investigations Processing (e-QIP) issues or questions, reviewing e-QIP packages, and processing investigations to transmit to the Office of Personnel Management (OPM). Ms. Leigh is known for her ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail.
