  • Commissioned by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, to develop a strategy to improve internal finance and HR operations for SREB in preparation for the Federal Common Core grant.
  • Recommended operating model and governance approach to CEO.

Strategic Plan Development and Market Assessment for University System.

  • Facilitated extensive stakeholder management process (including state leaders, business and community leaders, philanthropic leaders, and university faculty/staff) to determine top strategic economic and education priorities for state of Maine.
