Crystal Morrow

I Volunteer my time almost every weekend to walk dogs at the Bonita animal shelter. It is there where I foster my love for animals and give back to the hundreds of dogs in the shelters. I try to lighten the work load of the staff by walking dogs around the shelter campus and take them to play yards. At the shelter I socialize and engage with the dogs to relieve their kennel stress. I almost constantly have a foster dog at home that my family works to socialize and give love to while they await adoption.

• Me and my club (where I serve as the secretary) spend many weekdays and weekends volunteering at various organizations and schools around San Diego
• I Coordinate volunteer events and opportunities for the club to engage in
• I work many hours in school to help run the club meetings and publicize to the school
• Working very often within the community serving food, doing trash cleanups, helping out at elementary school events and fairs, writing letters to veterans, volunteering at nursing homes, etc
