February 2021-April 2022 Started out in Shipping and Receiving, Production Tap, Spot and Radio Welder Exhaust Piping and Locking Bands for company buildings.
April 2022-March 2023 ran most of the floor, including our HT Pipe line Quality Control for Residential Customers along with running the Press Brake. Also, I perform the Weekly Safety walk and Daily Quality/Safety Audit.
March 2023-December 2023 weekend shift supervisor before the company went to just 2 shifts(Day and night). Duties were to push production flow, while maintaining the safety and motivation of the team.
December 2023-April 2024Warehouse Manager, my duties are Receiving in production items and Inventory Control, after my company moved to larger location for increased production flows.
April 2024-February 2025 moved back to Shipping. Duties including scheduling outgoing and incoming Freight Shipments.
My duties consist of building quality teams within different Manufacturing Facilities such as Nissan, General Motors (GM), Toyota, Mazda and Boeing Aerospace. Once team is built, I then train the Quality Inspection Sort process to ensure stability and accuracy is withheld before moving on to the next site.
