I have worked at the same job for 27 years. I started out as a part time Janitor for the company and then worked my way up to where I am at now a Customer Service Rep.
I did accounts receivable for a couple years entering in payments received from customer's
I work well with others and I look at it as customers come first so I will do whatever I can to resolve issues they have to keep the happy.
I have good communication skills I answer emails and take calls. I work directly with a sales reps of the company as an assistant I assist in pricing items, issues with products like misprinted or customer not satisfied with a product I will write up a credit for their account and a new order to be reprinted if requested.
I work hard to solve any issues a customer has.
For a few years I entered orders into the computer for customer's. The orders were for forms they wanted printed I would enter in all the specs for the items being printed like stock, ink, sides printed, etc.
I have certain customers that I have developed a relation ship with and they contact me directly to place orders for them or if there are issues with an order the customer will contact me to see what I can do to resolve the issue.
If I cannot get the answer for a customer or sales rep I will get with my supervisor or our main company to get an answer for them.
