  • Attend regional meeting once a year, keep track of State Certified paper, order paper once a year. Keep up with State Policies & Procedures. Register death certificates, once a month invoicing for Mortuaries. Front office experience, answering phones, taking messages, helping customers with immunization, WIC.
  • I also did the billing for immunizations, credentialing insurance companies as needed. Mailing out invoices monthly for mortuaries and monthly patient statements. The programs I have done in the past is: UCCP, motorpool, CSHCN. I help with immunization clinics as needed. I did enter monthly & weekly bills on the county website that needed to be paid.
  • Schedule appointments for clients if they need immunizations WIC, STI, TB tests. Take payments from clients in person or over the phone.
  • I've also helped customers order their birth certificate if they were born in another State.
  • Daily reconciliation reports for Vital Records, making sure monies match reports.
