Customer Relations & Building Safety Specialist
Promote superior experience by addressing customer concerns, enforcing safety measurements, demonstrating empathy, and resolving problems swiftly.
• Oversees fast-paced front desk operations and the needs of management, clients, staff, visitors and the public.
• Maintain impeccable integrity, professionalism, and hospitality at all times
• Developing strong customer relationships by proactively responding to clients' concerns, service questions and giving priority to service requirements.
• Manage clients' data with Blu Sky's internal software system, creating and updating databases and handling reservations.
• Manage email correspondence, conduct outbound calls, and maintain vital information for management, staff, and clients
•Ensure callers are routed to the most qualified department or member of staff when contacting internal personnel.
•Analyze technical problems, building safety issues and found appropriate solutions using the company's troubleshooting resolution methods.
•Supervise new hires and provide them with training on-site
•Assessing the status of fire alarms and generators, monitoring and operating surveillance cameras, monitoring elevator malfunctions, and contacting the building engineer and proper contractors.
