With a proven track record of success in supervising various educational areas, including headship, enrollment, marketing, auxiliary & summer programs, curriculum & co-curricular development, advancement, and fundraising, I have consistently demonstrated my ability to lead and excel in top leadership positions such as head of school, assistant head of school, director of admission, enrollment manager, and director of advancement/fundraising. For decades, I have gained extensive experience in athletics, coaching, and athletic administration. Additionally, I have successfully overseen partnerships with the secondary student visa program – SEVIS and have developed support programs for mental health, wellness, & social emotional learning. My innate ability to identify and attract mission-appropriate student-athletes who align with the institution's mission statement and core values has been instrumental in my role as a creator and manager of award-winning curricular and co-curricular athletic programs. As an award-winning interscholastic, intercollegiate, and professional coach, I am proud to be a member of the Delaware Basketball Hall of Fame.

  • Responsible for managing all aspects of the DSU Athletic program - including scheduling of games/competitions, coordinating travel arrangements, managing multi budgets ($20MM), overseeing multiple facilities on 3 separate campuses, and ensuring compliance with NCAA rules and regulations.
  • Manage and oversee 20 NCAA Division One Sports Programs within the University, consisting of 460 Student-Athletes and 100 Coaches.

  • Co-Founder - IMG Basketball Academy, Created and managed the world’s first private boarding school for student athletes who are equally passionate about achieving their maximum potential both in the classroom and on the basketball court.
  • Founder - Reboot Program, Therapeutic counseling program designed to help students better manage their routine usage of electronic and gaming devices. This program has marked the first and only time that a social/digital management program is fully immersed into the daily academic curriculum within a school.
  • Founder - Autism Center for Excellence, Created and implemented a comprehensive support program for high functioning, autism students. This program included academic and personal support services, as well as professional counseling services for both students and parents.
  • Founder - Laser Program, Through a partnership with Lincoln University (PA), this challenging, academic-based program was created for students of color in grades 7-9. The program emphasized Math and Science modules in an effort to motivate more students of color to pursue college majors and careers in the Engineering and Science disciplines.
  • Founder - MOST (MOtivating STudents), Created and implemented an academic-based program designed to increase college matriculation rates amongst students who would be first-generation college students/graduates. Attendees were 8-12 grade students.
  • Founder - Eagles Sports & Performance Program, Created and developed an intensive sport-specific training program designed for student athletes who are very passionate about achieving a peak performance level in their sport. The ultimate goal of these High School athletes is to continue to play their sport at the collegiate level (and possibly professional).
  • Founder - AARC (Academic and Athletic Resource Center), Designed and managed this agency which served as a resource for high school student athletes (and their parents) regarding High School and NCAA academic guidelines.
