Summary

Cullen Martinez has been heavily involved in the fitness industry in Los Angeles for over 10 years. He has been a trainer at facilities such as Equinox, Bally's Total Fitness, Metro Fitness as well as training clients privately.

Cullen first discovered his love for sports and physical activities as a youth when we ran track and cross country for the Valley Raiders and the Northridge Pacers. He competed 2 years in a row in the Junior Olympics. During his teen years, he began focusing on weight training as well as strength and muscle development. He is a graduate of the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI). In order to further his Health and Fitness knowledge, he was certified as a California State Personal Trainer.

2015 to the Present day:

Cullen works privately training clients around the Los Angeles area while actively keeping up his own rigorous workout regimen. This allows him to learn new skills he can apply when helping others achieve their fitness goals.

Skills include: Creating individualized training programs, identifying the physical needs of each client, while adapting the instruction to bring maximum benefit to every session. In addition, he builds a rapport with each client, most of whom have stayed with Cullen as their trainer for many years.
