My name is Cullen Matthews. I’m 16 years old. I’m currently enrolled at Nokomis Regional High School as a junior and I also go to Tri-County Technical Center for welding. I am currently one of ten students from Nokomis to be selected into the Cianbro Internship program. They focus on teaching us about, hand and power tools, crane/rigging, millwright/pipefitter, iron worker, concrete, welding, engineering and construction management. I believe that these skills that I have built and learned will help me to succeed in your work environment at Gilman Electrical Supply CED. I also believe that the OSHA training, safety training and proper PPE training I have received from Tri-County and Cianbro will provide me with a good understanding of what I need to do to be a safe employee. Also focused on lawn care technician that offers outstanding communication and time management abilities. Safely operate and manipulate light-powered equipment and mechanical hand tools to complete landscaping tasks.
