I am currently working at Mericle Mechanical, which is a smaller company where I took on a great opportunity being hvac supervisor, which has me over 3 technicians, 3 installers, and helping office staff. I currently order all hvac equipment from any sold jobs, deal with choice home warranty, and set up our installers to do jobs. In the morning I make sure installers have what they need and help decide which tech take which calls. I go out and check on install everyday, making sure they have what they need and know codes to pass inspection, along with quality control. If we have a customer call in for an estimate I will run it. Ultimately I actually really like my job and my role, and definitely appreciate the opportunity to learn from this side of things. The only reason I am seeking other employment is because we are 1099 with no benefits, and I am about to buy another, bigger home to put on my property, which 1099 is holding me back. I am looking to make a change asap.

• Installed heating and cooling systems according to project specifications, inverters, mini splits, split systems, pkg units, commercial rooftop units, commercial air handlers in ceilings, sizing and design duct systems, zoning, communicating.
• Assisted in troubleshooting HVAC system issues during service calls. Installed lots of communicating/ inverter systems due to knowledge on them
• Got job dispatched to me and looked over everything, picked up equipment from supplier, went to job and did everything from start to finish ensuring ready for inspection.
• Spent 3 years doing service only, servicing all brands, running maintenance.
