  • Gained full access to Installation Support Modules (ISM) for putting OCIE on personals clothing record and to clear their record when turning in gear. Along with clearing any shipped item off ISM.
  • Creating DD Form 1348-1A for shipping items for re issue or turning in unserviceable items, by counting and boxing items in tri-walls with the correct labeling. Having a good knowledge of what is in the warehouse. Labeling each tri-wall with what is inside of it with the stock number on the out of the box to identify what’s inside.
  • Keeping accountability of key control for CIF. Gaining access for PBO type items.
  • Keeping track of all mileage for the lease vehicles, along with dispatching them and making LOG binders for each vehicle.
  • Tracking all hand receipts and making a binder for all hand receipts for better accountability. Also signed as the sub hand receipt holder the AECW property.

DOD-EC ROM CAMP SUPPORT

  • Ordering supplies for the ROM camps, making sure they are stocked for each group that enters the ROMS. Keeping inventory of all supplies. Keeping a running inventory of the supplies taken to stock each building inside the ROMs. Getting on the website to search for the supplies to order and filling out the request form. Updating the supply binder daily. Notify the Leads when a new request has been submitted. Picking up the supplies when are they are delivered to the warehouse and inventorying them before signing for them.
  • Knowledge of word and excel making spreadsheets to keep track of all supplies in all building associated with ROM Camps. Updating the supply inventory binder on incoming and outgoing supply ordered.
  • Transporting the ROM group to and from the airport, as well as transporting the group to Camp Atterbury. Making sure the vehicles are sanitized and well maintained to transport. Help with the schedule on the days there are flights for the incoming groups and outgoing group.
  • Picking up food from the DFAC and delivering to the ROM Camps for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Inspect the food daily to make sure the food is within the expiration date.
  • Escorting the cleaning crew, work crews, and vending machine personnel into the ROMS to complete their duties. Watching to keep the social distancing guidelines in effect.
  • Resetting the buildings in the ROM after the individuals leave to where the buildings are all matching, going in getting all the trash out of the building, moving the beds or wall lockers back to the proper area and proper distance for social distancing, and getting all the extra food out of the ASD area.
  • Conducting security checks as needed thru out the day. Making sure all the gates to get inside the ROM area are locked as well as making sure the keys for the locks in the key box are up to date.
