• Managed all adhesives testing lab activities such as test plan design/guidance, inventory control, physical testing, data manipulation, test matrix/report production, protocol development and lab safety.

• Provided design input, as well as modification of, test fixtures used in coupon level and rapid prototyping mechanical testing.

• Technical writer using Visual Factory capturing work instructions, tool I.D.'s, and complete b.o.m. for complex industrial pressure washer production.
• Worked with manufacturing services and engineering to track and implement procedural changes.
• Troubleshoot, repair and provide estimates for repair or replacement of complex cleaning equipment.
