Provide urgent care to all age groups. I've worked both part time and full time at this clinic, currently employed partime.

• Hormone replacement therapy, including subcutaneous hormone pellet therapy.

• chronic care management program which includes monthly 15min non-face-to-face services for our 121 complex patients. 

Fast-paced military health clinic that serves the large active duty population stationed at Naval Base San Diego. Involved in all aspects of patient care; including detailed history, physical examinations, development and implementation of treatment plans, ordering and interpretation of laboratory and diagnostic studies, as well as minor in-office procedures.

Additional duties include:

• Assisted the Senior Medical Officer with managing daily operations of the clinic including supervising the Corpsman and Medical assistants.
• Supervisor of the Emergency Management program.
• Provided weekend medical coverage and clinic supervisor at Marine Corps Recruit Depot (MCRD) medical clinic approximately every two months.

Duties included:

• Delivered high quality healthcare to 42 Operation Onward Liberty (OOL) military personnel.
• Overseeing daily operations of the clinic and supervising the medical staff.
• Maintained readiness of the clinic and its staff to ensure OOL members received adequate medical coverage in the face of the numerous medical threats in Liberia.
• Mentored Armed Forces of Liberia (AFL) medical personnel on the care, treatment, and preventative measures needed by a professional military force. This included planning and response to the worse Ebola epidemic in history by Liberian and U.S. Military forces.
• Provided Ebola Education and preventative measures to over 4,000 Armed Forces of Liberia (AFL) soldiers and their dependents.
• Assisted in the medical training of 450 AFL soldiers for deployment in support of the Liberian fight against Ebola.
• Developed, implemented and supervised the training of 31 Liberian military police in the proper training in the proper screening procedures for Ebola virus disease symptoms, including the use, setting, and calibration of infrared temperature scanners.
• Coordinated and provided medical support for military teams involved with the construction of Ebola treatment units.
