President, Brook Crossing Homeowners Association 2019 & 2021-2022
• Elected by my neighbors to serve as President of the Homeowners Association for a community of 166 homes.
• Took the lead on budgeting, collections, accounts payables, and collecting bids on projects.
• Decreased Dues amount to the same amount as was charged when the community was first established.
• Lowered delinquent payment rate from nearly 23% of the community to less than 5%. This was accomplished through respectful, consistent, clear and timely
communication with homeowners in the community who had outstanding balances.
• Completed the following projects: cluster mailboxes at the entrance of the development were painted for the first time in 15 years and the surrounding area was enhanced with improved landscaping, cleared overgrown weeds surrounding the retention basin at the entrance of the community and replaced with aesthetically pleasing and environmentally beneficial perennial plants, and had the two water fountains refurbished to add several more years of use and functionality.
