• Primary responsibilities include patrolling an assigned area, understanding call management, identifying problem areas and initiating proactive policing to reduce crimes.

Duties include traveling with Scuderia Ferrari of Seattle's race team to race tracks across the
country to perform all necessary pit crew technician tasks such as: radio communication with
drivers, tire changes, track-side repairs/diagnoses, safety checks such as securing drivers in
their cockpits, vehicle geometry adjustments, etc

• Completed full vehicle inspections to check for leaks, damage, or other issues of concern.
• Troubleshot and diagnosed faults with vehicle systems and components using OEM-specific code readers, diagnostic trees, and online knowledge bases.
• Replaced damaged, missing, or defective parts with new and refurbished components.
• Changed, rotated, and balanced tires on different types of vehicles.

Properly and correctly perform all necessary maintenance and diagnoses on highly complex
systems on all past and present Ferrari, Maserati and Alfa Romeo models. This included
working with $50,000-$500,000 vehicles daily and occasionally assisting on multi-million
dollar vehicles at the highest level of professionalism. This position also required a solid
understanding of DMS (dealer management software), Excel, Word, and client interaction along
with client confidentiality.
