Project management professional with experience supporting the delivery of monitoring and evaluation services for various development projects in Africa and the Middle East. With a BA in Global Studies, I bring a unique perspective and a cross-cultural, customer-oriented understanding to my role. I have worked across multiple countries and projects, including Jordan, South Sudan, Iraq, and Tanzania.


I am adept at providing operational support to field teams, including facilitating overseas procurements, recruiting and onboarding technical consultants and project staff, coordinating deployments, and managing subcontractor and vendor relationships.   • Conducted qualitative desk review of over 20 TPM reports spanning five countries and more than 10 IP reports, extracting and synthesizing data to demonstrate progress against nine WASH indicators to support Afia WASH Outcome Assessment final report;
  • Provided operational surge support to Juba field team during a two-week deployment, addressing TPM delivery challenges and strengthening knowledge & data management systems;
  • Act as a key liaison between corporate project management units and field-based teams, optimizing project operations and building capacity of cooperating country staff;
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, fostering seamless integration of staff and consultants to meet project delivery needs;
  • Drive strategic procurement efforts, managing vendor relationships and ensuring adherence to USG acquisition regulations;
  • Developed an online, collaborative tool to track progress of activity-level tasks against USAID Mission deadlines, utilized by both project management and field office teams;
  • Facilitate BHA vetting processes by ensuring accurate collection, verification, and submission of personal and organizational data for USAID's Partner Vetting System;
