  • In July 2024, Deputy Cyle Hicks was dispatched to a vehicle accident on Davenport Rd, Upon investigating, Deputy Cyle Hicks began identified the driver and began canvasing the area. Deputy Cyle Hicks located a house where a citizen called in believing someone had broke into there home and car. Deputy Cyle Hicks located a window and could see ( Jason Pyatte) in the floor. Deputy Cyle Hicks instructed Jason out of the house and placed him under arrest for First Degree Burglary and Felony breaking and entering motor vehicle. Jason was sentenced to 30 months supervised probation
  • In August 2024, Deputy Cyle Hicks was dispatched to a dometic. Upon arrival, Deputy Cyle Hicks began investigating the domestic and noticed the female had marks on her neck and face. After interviewing (Curtis Best) Deputy Cyle Hicks noticed his knuckles was swollen and were very red. During the investigation, Psychedelic mushrooms were found in the residence. Deputy Cyle Hicks placed Curtis under arrest for Felony possession of a schedule I substance and assault on a female.
  • In August 2024, Deputy Cyle Hicks conducted a vehicle stop on a white Honda Civic for multiple traffic violations in the area of Elk Park. While speaking to the driver (Craig Lucks), he appeared very nervous and Deputy Cyle Hicks Asked for consent to search. Craig told Deputy Cyle Hicks that he had a meth pipe in a bag. Deputy Cyle Hicks located a meth pipe and 20 grams of methamphetamine in a bag. Deputy Cyle Hicks placed Craig under arrest for Possession with intent to manufacture, sell, or deliver methamphetamine.
  • In December 2024, Deputy Cyle Hicks was doing an extra patrol when he located a a house that had been broken into. After investigating and clearing the house, Deputy Cyle Hicks located multiple items that did not belong in the house including a driver license and a picture of (Dustin Ingram). Deputy Cyle Hicks found Dustin facebook and found pictures of him inside the house and items inside the house. Deputy Cyle Hicks went to Dustin's Mothers house and placed Dustin under arrest for Felony Breaking and Entering.
  • In May 2025, Deputy Cyle Hicks conducted a vehicle stop on a white ford van with no registration plate, After talking to the driver (Chelsie Moreland). Deputy Cyle Hicks asked Chelsie for consent to search. Chelsie began would never the question so Corporal Hicks deployed K9 Creed for a sniff where he alerted on the drivers door. After a search Deputies found scales and 3 baggies of methamphetamine. Deputy Cyle Hicks ran the vin for the van which came back with a hit for being stolen. Deputy Cyle Hicks placed Chelsie under arrest for Possession with intent to manufacture, sell, or deliver methamphetamine and Felony possession of stolen motor vehicle.
